Cincinnati web design + development

Cincinnati web design and development for established small businesses.

Clean, fast, trustworthy marketing sites that rank locally and don’t break six months after launch. Built on modern tools, deployed to your accounts, owned by you.

01 / Who this is for

Established small businesses in Cincinnati.

If you have real revenue, real customers, and a website that’s costing you more than it earns, this is the right page.

Local service businesses

Plumbers, electricians, contractors, landscapers, cleaners — the people who get hired from a Google search.

Restaurants and cafés

Single-location restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries that need a clean menu, hours, location, and an easy way to book or order.

Professional services

Lawyers, accountants, financial planners, therapists, agencies — small firms whose website is the first impression a referral lands on.

Single-location retail

Local shops that need a clean storefront online, a Google Business Profile that ranks, and a simple way to share what’s in stock.

Not a fit for
  • Venture-backed startups looking for a product MVP — see custom software.
  • High-volume e-commerce or marketplace platforms — different toolset, different budget.
  • Anyone wanting a 50-page site stuffed with AI-generated SEO copy — we won’t build that.
02 / What we build

The full stack of small-business web work.

Marketing sites

Multi-page sites for service businesses and small firms. Home, services, about, contact, plus a blog if you’ll actually write one.

Landing pages

Single-purpose pages built around one offer or campaign. Copy, design, build, ship — usually in under two weeks.

Google Business Profile

Profile setup or audit, citations, photos, posting cadence — the parts of local SEO that move rankings most for small businesses.

SEO basics

On-page SEO, schema markup, location pages, and analytics that tell you what’s actually happening — not a vanity dashboard.

Booking and contact

Cal.com, Calendly, or your booking tool wired into the site. Contact forms that actually deliver to your inbox.

Redesigns

A short audit of your current site, then a focused rebuild. We keep what works and cut what doesn’t — no rip-and-replace just to bill more.

03 / Stack

Modern, fast, cheap to host.

In plain English: we build on modern static-site tools that load fast, stay cheap to host, and don’t break when Google updates its algorithm. Your site won’t need a rescue mission in two years.

04 / Pricing

Fixed-price by default.

06 / FAQ

Common questions.

Do you work with small businesses outside Cincinnati?
Yes. We’re Cincinnati-based and most local SEO work targets the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky / Dayton area, but we’ve shipped sites for clients elsewhere. If you’re not local, we just lean less on the local-SEO side and more on the marketing-site fundamentals.
Do you do ongoing SEO?
We bake the basics in at launch — on-page SEO, schema, Google Business Profile, performance — so the site starts from a strong baseline. We don’t sell ongoing SEO retainers ourselves; if you want monthly content and link-building work, we’ll point you at someone we trust.
What hosting do you use?
We deploy to Vercel by default — fast, cheap, reliable, and you can keep using it long after the project. The accounts are yours, so you’re never locked in.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. We start with a short audit of what’s working and what isn’t, then rebuild on a modern foundation. If your current site is 80% there, we’ll tell you that instead of pushing a full rebuild.
How fast can you ship?
A landing page typically goes live in 1–2 weeks. A full marketing site is 2–4 weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly you can get us copy, photos, and feedback.
Can my team update the site?
Yes. Most marketing sites ship with a content layer your team can edit without touching code — either a lightweight CMS or markdown files in a simple editor. We’ll show your team how to use it before handoff.
