Q → Paycom Integration
Connected restaurant POS clock-in/out directly to Paycom payroll. Eliminated manual reconciliation and gave the back-of-house its evenings back.
Hours lost to reconciliation.
Shifts were tracked in the POS. Pay was processed in Paycom. Every pay period, a manager exported time, scrubbed it, and re-entered it by hand. Errors were inevitable, and they always cost someone money.
One-way sync, source of truth.
We treated the POS as the source of truth and built a one-way sync into Paycom’s API. Edge cases — split shifts, manual edits, late punches — were modeled explicitly, not papered over.
Every sync writes a structured audit log so the bookkeeper can answer "what changed and why" in seconds.
Reconciliation went away.
Manual entry dropped to zero. The pay-period close went from a half-day chore to a glance at a green checkmark. The team got their time back; the owner got a real audit trail.
